From 270
Take I-70 West towards Cumberland
Take I-68 West
Take downtown Exit 43-C
Turn right on W. Harrison St.
Turn left on South George St.
A Holiday Inn will be on your right and the Parking Garage will be on the left. This is the best place for you topark
Upon parking your vehicle, walk or take the elevator to the bottom level, facing Union Street. Cross Union and walk across the Chessie Federal Credit Union Parking Lot. After crossing the lot and walking onto the alley, turn left and walk approximately 30 yards to the Town Center Building, which has a recessed entry and double glass doors.
At the end of the hall, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Turn right off the elevator and we're at the end of the hall.

From Pittsburgh, PA and Points West:

Take Interstate 79 South to Morgantown, WV
At Morgantown, take Interstate 68 East to Cumberland, MD
At Cumberland Exits take the Downtown Exit 43-C
At stop sign turn left onto Queen City Drive
At the 1st stop light turn left onto Harrison Street
