As young entrepreneurs gaining access to capital was extremely difficult. We were denied by many different conventional lenders. It was a painstaking process. We contacted Tri-County Council to learn more about the SLoT program and found that they were extremely welcoming, easy to communicate with, and took the time to listen to our story. The experience was so different from our experience with conventional lenders it gave us hope.
